Dr. Roberts has been practicing forensic psychology and neuropsychology for over twenty years. He has been involved in over three thousand forensic cases. He routinely testifies in all local state and federal courts.
Dr Roberts is board certified in forensic psychology by the American College of Forensic Psychology and the American Board of Professional Psychology. He has earned other distinctions including board certifications is neuropsychology, medical psychotherapy, post traumatic stress, pain management, disability evaluation and psychopharmocology.
Clients include most all major insurance companies, private attorneys, district attorneys, defense attorneys, the State of California Board of Medical Quality Assurance, the State of California Department of Justice and the State Bar of California.
Dr. Roberts evaluates most all types of neuropsychological and psychological injuries and syndromes in both civil and criminal litigation. This includes brain injuries, post traumatic stress, toxic exposure, sexual harassment, discrimination, mental competencies, pain syndromes, and disabilities. He also trains attorneys in the process of questioning mental health professionals in deposition and trial.
Dr. Roberts routinely works on both sides of cases in order to arrive at balanced and fair opinions.
